This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots

  1. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  2. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  3. To prevent legal problems when ordering as a sales representative, it would be good if the sales representative could only prepare a quotation for the customer, which then has to be explicitly approved by the customer. So it should be prevented that the sales representative can place orders.

  6. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  7. Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.

  9. As a merchant I want to add a preselection of payment methods to the personal profile of a B2B user. It would also be handy to enable the debitor to enable / disable payment methods for contacts.

  10. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  11. Already placed orders should be able to be filtered by products as well. A list of all products that also shows the product with a picture makes repeat ordering easier than having to search for the desired product from an old order.

  12. Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups. There is no bulk edit function so you have to do it individually for every product & customerpossible approach: should be done in combination with dynamic accesspossible scenarios:Show most of all products to all customers, plus a handful of products which are only visible to one specific customer, e.g., custom-made products.Each customer has his own hand-picked…

  13. At the moment it's not possible to give customers a specific credit (sth like a "prepaid" amount), so that it's not paid by the end customer but by the merchant.

  16. As the person responsible for quotes/offers that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the quote/offer via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the quote/offer of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.
