B2B Components - Order confirmation
It should be possible to define whether a contact or the debtor should receive mails just as order confirmations (for example).
Currently, by default, only the debtor is receiving such mails.

B2B Suite separate customer numbers for roles
It would be great to have separate customer numbers for the roles in B2B suite. So the shop owner could bill these customer numbers separatly. Otherwise the owner needs to determine trough the address which order went where and bill them after that which is time consuming and prone to errors.

So called "e-invoice" will become mandatory in Germany from Jan 1st 2025 on
Please research about whether or not we should implement ZUGFeRD or x-invoice into Shopware and if yes, on how to implement it. Maybe this could be a good starting point (German only): https://stachowitz-medien.de/e-rechnungen/.
Please also think about communication if we will not implement this into Shopware.

B2B Components - attach quote to Mail
If a quote has been answered or created by the admin, enabling "Generate and attach document" before sending a quote, only leads to it being shown in the customer account.
Currently, this document is neither sent by mail, nor is there a separate action within the Flow Builder for it

Categories with list view
At the moment, products are shown in a "grid view." To be more efficient and order products faster, it would help to have a "list view." Just list all products among each other, with just a small picture, SKU, price, and amount; that´s it. Like it is in the existing B2B Suite.

Matrix order
To simplify ordering process when purchasing several variations of one product, such as a USB flash drive in various colors and capacity, you can use a Matrix Form. The matrix form is available only when a product has one or two attributes.

Sales representative should be able to create an order, which must first be accepted by the debitor
Requirement: Our sales representative logs on as such to one of his assigned customers (in the customer account) and places an order proposal there. The customer receives a notification and can now approve or reject the order. If approved, an order is automatically placed in the store.
Current status: the sales representative can create orders for his customer. However, these are processed directly, i.e. ordered for a fee. The customer is not involved in an approval process and it cannot be seen in the customer account that the order has been placed by the sales representative.

Adjust the number of items in the watch list
It is currently not possible to change the number of items in the watch list. It would be desirable to be able to change the number of items.
Aktuell kann man in der Merkliste keine Änderungen an der Artikelanzahl vornehmen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass die Artikelanzahl verändert werden kann.

Offers with various quantities.
It should be possible to create quotations for multiple quantities in B2B.
Currently, quantities are combined in an order with a request for quotation.Example:
Product XX - 500 = 50€
Product XX - 1500 = 130€
This is currently combined in the shopping cart as it is the same product.

OCI punchout support
More and more our B2B customers want to connect their ERP or ecommerce platform via merchants onlineshop per OCI punchout.
So we need OCI (version 4.0 and 5.0) support directly in Shopware.

B2B: Share order lists
It should be possible to share a order list via email. The email should contain a link that, upon clicking, prompts the user to log in. After logging in, the user's basket should be automatically filled with the products from the order list. This will allow the user to proceed directly to checkout without having to manually add each item to their basket.

Deactivate business customer registration
Hello! We would like to check our business customers in advance. That's why they only have to fill out a form, which is sent to us. We then create the customer. To do this, registration and guest orders for the sales channel would have to be specifically deactivated. A form on the registration page would be great

Customers from Salesrepresentatives should have an identifier of the SR inside their order
If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

Salesrepresentatives should be able to buy products for themselves
With the new b2b integration inside the commercial plugin, you are up to integrate salesrepresentatives. Inside the old b2b-Plugin it wasn't possible to buy products as a SR for your own. They just saw there customers.
It woult be cool if they are able to, because we go lots of external SRs who love to use our products too. In the past we needed double accounting for our external SRs who want to buy our products.

CSV-Order change seperator or support xls/xlsx on B2b Integration / Shopware Commercial Plugin
Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.
We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

Telephone number of the customer as a separate column in the customer overview
Shopware version 6.5.6.0 enables the query of the customer's telephone number as a mandatory field in the registration process. It would be very desirable (especially in the B2B area) if this telephone number were also prominently displayed in the customer overview as a separate column.
Currently, the telephone number can only be reached in a very cumbersome way by jumping to the customer processing and editing the address there.2 votes -
Customers should not be able to edit addresses in their customer account
In many cases, shipping and/or billing addresses from customers are set through an ERP system. So customers should not be able to edit their shipping and/or billing addresses within the customer account.

B2B: Template for employees and their roles
As a shop owner, I want to be able to define a set of employees and their roles. Set A: "Quick Order" and "Quote Management"; set B: all B2B components, for example. Maybe it could be combined with the Rule Builder: if rule A is true, set A.
